What you need to know as a Consignor
🎉 Acceptable Items – Quick Guide and Limits
👶 Kid Clothing: All brands accepted, infant–youth size 20, No limit
🧑🎓 Junior & Young Men: Hoodies, Jackets, Coats and athletic wear only. No limit
👗 Women’s or Mens Clothing: Brand/boutique only, 20 item limit (Nike, Adidas, Lululemon, Champion, Athleta, Carhartt, etc)
🎭 Costumes & Dress-Up: No limit
🤰 Maternity: 20 item limit
👟 Shoes: Clean and lightly worn, 8 item limit
🧑🎓 We Do Not Accept:
Breast Pumps
Bedding (we do accept all blankets)
🧸 Always Accepted and No Limits:
Toys, Baby Equipment, Baby Gear, Baby/Kid Furniture, Baby/Kid room accessories, Books, Electronics, Jeans, Short Sleeve Shirts, Hoodies, Cardigans, Button-up Sweater, Dress- up, Halloween costumes, Athletic Wear, Holiday-themed graphic apparel (must have some type of holiday print or theme)
🌞 Spring/Summer Events:
No coats/winter boots
🍂 Fall/Winter Events:
No sandals, spaghetti straps, swimsuits
⚠️ Must meet quality standards – unacceptable items will be pulled.
Each Consignor ID # will hold 200 items
Each Consignor ID # has a fee of $11.50
If you have more than 200 items that meet our standards, you can open a 2nd consignor ID # that will incur the $11.50 fee.
Big Item Incentive Program Details
Your consignor fee will be waived if you consign at least 2 big items that are priced $25 or more. The items have to be Big Items like baby equipment, big toys, furniture. To qualify:
Pick-Up Day is Thursday, October 8 - Undonated items (Check is Electronic)
TWO Pick-up Times:
1-2pm
5-6pm
Referral Program (see referral sheet to sign up & for full details)
1 referral = fee waived
2 referrals = extra 5% of sales
3 referrals = extra 10% of sales
If you qualify for the big item incentive and you refer 1 person, you will receive extra 5%. Incentives are not cumulative.
Consignor Services at its Best! Receive your barcodes by mail for a $5 fee. The fee will be deducted from your final check. September 14 is last day barcodes can be mailed out.
